The World Championship of Fantasy Football WCOFF was founded in 2002 by Lenny Pappano and Emil Kadlec, revolutionizing the world of fantasy sports. The WCOFF was the first high stakes fantasy contest offering fantasy footballers the opportunity to compete against the best of the best accompanied by the largest cash awards available in fantasy sports. In 2007 the WCOFF was acquired by GridIron Fantasy Sports LLC. Since acquiring the WCOFF, GridIron Fantasy Sports has increased the 1st place cash award to $300,000, increased league awards and expanded the high stakes fantasy football formats available to WCOFF participants.
